Baked BBQ Pork Chops
This was a very exciting recipe for me to explore. I really cannot remember the last time I made BBQ Pork Chops or if I've even tried it before. Much of the required ingredients were already on hand.

Instructions

Season the chops with Italian Seasoning and Olive Oil

In a medium saucepan, add the tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced onions, mustard, sage, marjoram, and mushrooms and cook down, stirring frequently.

Place chops in the oven at 350 degrees, and baste every 15 mins for 45-50mins.

Once done remove, plate, and serve with a side of desired sides.
