Baked Maple Rice Pudding
This recipe is full of flavor and one you will enjoy making for family and friends. You can opt to put in the raisins or not. I made this without the raisins and it was very good.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine rice and milk in a bowl

Beat the eggs and maple syrup together; add them to the rice and milk mixture. add all the other ingredients.

Pour the mixture into a buttered pudding dish, set this in a pan of hot water, and bake in the oven for about 60 minutes. serve warm or cold.
