Beef Fiesta

This is a super quick 15 min make. Grab some left over London broil, steak, roast, etc slice it thin and your 15 minutes from a delicious meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup thin onion strips
  • 6 oz sliced mushrooms (drained)
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tsp worchestershire sauce
  • 2 cup rare roast beef (thin sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
  1. Stir a few tablespoons of stewed tomato juice into the flour in a small bowl. Keeping the flour smooth. Set aside said mixture.
  2. Into a skillet melt butter, add onion, cook until wilted.
  3. Add stewed tomatoes, flour mixture, mushrooms, celery salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Cook and stir constantly. Breaking up the tomatoes until thick and bubbly.
  5. Add beef, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well and heat through.
