marsala wine
(or another sweet red of your choosing.)

Mushroom Froth

dried mushrooms
(or 10 fresh mushrooms thinly sliced)

Mushroom Froth

Soak mushrooms in water for one hour.
Recipe Instructions

In 5 quart pot with 2tbsps of oil add meat, onion, and garlic. Saute until meat is well browned.

Add white wine and marsala to the pot. Along with 1/2 cup of mushroom froth.

Add spices, simmer for 1 1/2 hours, and serve.
