Brownies
These brownies were so good , they were moist and very chocolatey. I have made a lot of brownies ,and used several different recipes. I really think this one is one of the best. It is a very easy recipe to follow ,and they bake up beautifully. My son loves these brownies, he said ," Mom I think these are the best brownies you have ever made"!!

Chocolate Frosting

butter (unsalted)softened

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together by hand.

Pour into a greased large cake pan, 13 x 9-inches.

Bake at 350 for 18minutes. Do not overbake.

Immediately after taking pan from the oven, slam on the table to make the brownies fall.

Cool and frost with chocolate frosting.
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

With a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment , beat the butter on medium speed until creamy- about 2 minutes.

Add confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder, heavy cream, salt, and vanilla extract.

Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase to high speed and beat for 1 full minute.

Add 1/4 cup more confectioners' sugar or cocoa powder if frosting is to thin or another tablespoon of cream if frosting is to thick.
