Butter Sauteed Carrots

In this recipe, I sauteed the carrots with onions and celery, added garlic butter, and Better Than Bouillon (ham flavored).  My family really enjoyed this mixture of flavors.

Ingredients
  • onion (chopped small dices)
  • celery stalk (chopped fine dices)
  • 1/2 cup water (use 1/2 in the beginning the reserve after 10 min)
  • 1/2 tbsp better than bouillon (ham flavored)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • tbsp garlic butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt (calls for 3 tsp but the bouillon is salty so cut back)
  • 4 cup carrot
Instructions
  1. melt butter, garlic butter and bouillon in frying pan
  2. Add carrots, celery, onion, salt and water
  3. Cook until carrots are tender on medium for about 45 mins, add water as needed

This turned out very delicious. Just had to tweak it a little.
