Instructions
Creamy Alfredo Sauce
-
In a saucepan add butter, onions, mushrooms, and garlic and saute lightly then add flour to make a roux.

Add cream, salt and stir until smooth.

Add pasta and set aside.
Cajun Shrimp and Salmon

In a saucepan melt butter and add oil.

Sear both shrimp and salmon to the desired temperature.

Plate with pasta add tomatoes for garnish. Serve.
