Chocolate Cake – Instant Pot
Feelin kinda lazy so decided to make a chocolate cake in the Instant Pot instead of in the oven. I've also found the baked goods in the Instant Pot seem to have an amazing amount of moisture that makes them even more decadent.

Ingredients

all-purpose flour

unsweetened cocoa powder

(or substitute like Swerve)

baking powder

Instructions
-
In a large bowl, sift together all of the dry ingredients

Mix liquid ingredients in another bowl until well combined, then add to dry and mix well

Prepare cake pan by placing parchment paper on the bottom and then grease sides and add cocoa powder to prevent from sticking. Add batter to the pan.

Add 2 cups water to Instant Pot, place the trivet in the cake pan.
Cook at high pressure for 30 minutes and allow a natural release for 10 minutes then quick release remaining pressure.

Serve warm or cool. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar, frost, glaze, whatever suits you.
