Chocolate Oreo Parfait
This dessert screams PARTY TIME!!! It is so quick and easy to make this fun dessert you can whip this up in minutes for any party, potluck, or picnic! Who doesn't love layers of deliciousness in a cup??? You and your guests will be so happy with this very simple to make recipe. Take it to go or stay and enjoy!

Ingredients

chocolate cake, baked
(prepare 1 chocolate cake ahead of time)

box oreo pudding
(Jell-O brand recommended)

milk

1-2
cup
chocolate chips
(feel free to use butterscotch, toffee, or white chocolate too!)

container Cool Whip
(8 oz)
Instructions

Bake chocolate one chocolate cake according to instructions on box. Crumble cooled chocolate cake. Set aside.

Mix milk and oreo pudding mix in a bowl until it reaches a thick consistency. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready for assembly.

Assemble parfaits. Layer pudding, chocolate cake, and chips into individual glasses. I usually get 3 layers of each into one 8 oz glass.
(NOTE: You can also assemble this dessert into a large bowl or pan if you don't want individual servings)

Top with a dollop of whipped cream topping and garnish with shaved chocolate.
