Chocolate Pudding Pie

Chocolate pudding pie is easy with little or no-bake at all. It can satisfy any sweet tooth with its chocolatey and thick filling. This Graham Cracker Crust is the perfect crust to hold this pie.

Ingredients
    Chocolate Pudding Filling
  • 3/4 cup sugar (314g)
  • 1/2 cup unsweet cocoa (50g)
  • 5 tbsp cornstarch (45g)
  • 2 cup whole milk (472g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (4)
Instructions
  1. In a sauce pan add sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch.
  2. Add half the milk in the sauce pan and whisk together with the sugar mixture
  3. Over medium low heat cook the mixture
  4. While cooking, slowly add in the remaining of the milk
  5. Once the mixture start to thick, boil for an addition for 2 minute
  6. Then take off from heat and add in the vanilla extract
  7. Pour in a pre made or homemade pie crust.
  8. Chill at least for 2 hours before serving
