Cilantro Creole Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
    Avocado Crema
  • 1 Large avocado
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • - salt (To Taste)
  • - pepper (To Taste)
  • 1 tbsp garlic Power
  • Cliantro Rice
  • 1 oz butter
  • 1.75 oz onion
  • 8 oz long-Grain Rice
  • 14 oz chicken Stock
  • - salt (To Taste)
  • cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • Creole Seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp dried basil
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp onion power
  • 1/2 tbsp oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tbsp white pepper (1)
  • 1 tbsp caynne pepper (1)
  • tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • Creole Chicken
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 tbsp conola oil
  • Creole Sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 24 oz tomato sauce
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 tsp horseradish (freshly grated (you can obmit or add more as desired))
  • - salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp worcestershier sauce
  • 2 tbsp texas petes hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
Instructions
    Avocado Crema
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender season till smooth
  2. Creole Seasoning
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  4. Creole Chicken
  5. Heat butter and oil in a brazier over med-high heat
  6. Add chicken and cook 5 mins per side
  7. Check to make sure chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees
  8. Set aside to rest
  9. Creole Sauce
  10. In the brazing pan that you cooked the chicken in and add onions, green bell pepper, red bell pepper over med head scraping bottom of pan till tinder
  11. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer till desired thickness (15-20 Mins)
  12. Cilantro Rice
  13. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  14. Melt butter
  15. Add onions and sweat till soft
  16. Boil chicken stock in another pot
  17. Once onions are soft add boiling stock and cilantro cover and place in the oven for 18-20 mins till done
