Ingredients
  • 1 lb crab meat (I used claw meat, type of crab meat is up to you)
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/3 cup panko ((if needed))
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp seafood seasoning (I used Magic Blends Seafood magic)
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
Instructions
  1. Crumble up bread and add heavy cream. Mix until bread soaks up milk and becomes saturated.
  2. Add egg, mayo, parley, baking powder, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, seafood herb seasoning, Mix completely
  3. Gently feel for any missed shells in the crab before mixing into the bowl. Gently fold the crab meat to incorporate all of the ingredients. If the mix is too loose to form patties, add panko.
  4. Take mixture and create a patties that are consistently similar in size.
  5. Heat oil over medium high heat.
  6. Carefully lay patties into oil and fry. Crab cakes are delicate so take great care during the cooking process. Once they are brown on one side, flip over. Remove and serve hot.
