Fennel Pork Chops
If you've never had fennel, note that it has a distinctive anise, licorice type flavor. Here it is paired with garlic and the pair work very well together.

Ingredients

pork chops
(I prefer thick cut)

tbsp
fennel seeds

garlic cloves

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

push 1 clove of garlic through garlic press and rub into pork

Add 1/2 tbsp of fennel to one side of chop then pound into meat

Fry in olive oil about 7 minutes per side depending on thickness of chop. Internal temperature should be 150-160.
