Ingredients

soy sauce

chicken bouillon cube

boiling water

salad oil

tbsp
butter

cup
sliced onion

sliced celery

cup
sliced water chestnuts

sliced mushrooms
Instructions

Wash and dry fish on a paper towel

Combine salt, corn starch, and soy sauce

Next, stir in bouillon cube dissolved in boiling water; set aside

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and butter in a non-stick skillet

Add fish filets and brown quickly on either side; set aside to keep hot

Wipe out the skillet with a paper towel

Add the remaining oil to the skillet
-
When hot add the onions, celery, water chestnuts, and mushrooms
-
Cook on high heat until crispy tender (do not overcook)

Add soy-bouillon mixture and cook, tossing to mix, until vegetables are coated and liquid thickened

Carefully stir in fillets

Serve immediately
