Frothy Pink Dessert
This Dessert was very creamy and sweet. If I were to make it again I would make it with out the ice cream and use whipped cream instead but it was nice to share with my family

Ingredients

boiling water

package cherry gelatin

cold water

vanilla ice cream
Whipped Cream

1/2
cup
whipping cream

tbsp
sugar
Instructions

Pour boiling water over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add cold water

Divide 1 1/2 c of gelatin into 4 glasses, chill until set

Chill remaining 2/3 cup until partially set

Mix together, partially set gelatin with ice-cream then whip together until fluffy

Spoon over gelatin and chill until firm.

Serve with a dollop of whip cream

Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form
-
Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks
