Fudgy Brownies

I decided to make my rolo brownies. I added 1/4 cup of brown sugar and chopped pecans. This turned out chewy and delicious. I served with ice cream.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup pecans
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate
• 4 eggs
• 2 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup all propose flour
• 1/2 cup wheat flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 18 Rolo candy

Instructions

1. Melt butter and chocolate in small pan and let cool
2. Mix all ingredients except nuts and brown sugar
3. Mix nuts and brown sugar. Add 1/2 to the mixture. Reserve the rest to top when done
4. Add chocolate mixture
5. Pour in pan and bake for 45 min on 350
6. After done push a rolo(18) in. Should make 18 brownies. Then top with the remaining brown sugar and pecans
