Gingerbread Cake

Ingredients
  • 2 cup bisquick baking mix (347g)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (104g)
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup hot water (149g)
  • 2/3 cup molasses (169g)
  • 1/3 cup butter (76g)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (3g)
  • 1 tsp ground ginger (3g)
  • 1 tsp allspice (3g)
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 325 F degree
  2. Grease and flour the pan
  3. Sift the flour, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and allspice
  4. Add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl
  5. Mix on low speed for 3 minute, scrape the bowl constantly
  6. Than mix for another 3 minute on medium speed and constantly scrape the bowl
  7. Pour the batter into the pan and bake
