Instructions

Pre heat oven to 325 F degree

Grease and flour the pan

Sift the flour, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and allspice

Add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl

Mix on low speed for 3 minute, scrape the bowl constantly

Than mix for another 3 minute on medium speed and constantly scrape the bowl

Pour the batter into the pan and bake
