Green Chili Artichoke Dip

This is a delicious classic artichoke dip.  You could always get more creative and add in other veggies or spices.

Ingredients
  • 14 oz jar of artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 4 oz green chilis (can)
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until melted down and browning on top.
