Homemade Maple Syrup

Instructions

Combine sugar, honey, and water in a large saucepan over med-high heat. Bring to boil.

Turn heat to med-low and simmer for 8-10 mins, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat. Let sit for 5 mins, Stir in maple and vanilla extracts. Serve with pancakes or waffles or allow to cool and store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for 1-2 months.
