Italian Dressing

I don't like bottled dressings because I see no point in sugar and preservatives in everything we eat. This is a favorite dressing that I make because I can change the oil, change the vinegar, and/or change the spices, and always have something different.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp dill weed
Instructions
  1. put in a bowl and whisk or throw it all in a bottle with a tight lid and shake it up. This'll last 3-4 wks in the fridge
