Instructions
-
Add olive oil to stockpot saute onions, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened but not browned
-
Run whole tomatoes through a blender to grind them up then add them to the pot
-
Add paste, stock, wine. parsley and mushrooms stir well
-
Add all spices, bring to a boil then simmer 2 hours.

Once done you may can it for later use, use it for pasta, ribs or whatever else you can imagine with it
