Maple Bread Pudding
I'm a sucker for a good bread pudding, let's start there. It's the European in me, and some things are worth it. This had to be revamped bit, so it's an actual bread pudding, and it came out...well, you be the judge!!! I doubled the recipe, and let the bread get a bit stale before I started, which made a huge difference. Ok, let's do this!

Ingredients

maple syrup

brown sugar
(I used light)

oz
french bread
(cubed and stale)

eggs
(beaten)

tsp
vanilla

nutmeg

salt

milk

tbsp
unsalted butter
(melted)
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix everything in a bowl, and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Butter/oil a casserole dish, then pour bread mixture into dish.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until set.

Cut and serve warm, or let it cool before serving.
