Mashed Potatoes

A simple side that goes with nearly everything. Here they're served with Lamb Stew

Ingredients
  • 3 large potatoes (diced)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp each salt and white pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and boil the potatoes for about 20 mins or until tender.
  2. In a bowl add all of the ingredients and mash until smooth. Add S/P to taste. Serve.
