Milk Bread
Yummy supper rolls. I used baker's measures so you'll need a scale.

Ingredients

Egg Wash

(well beaten)

(mixed into egg)
Instructions

Mix all ingredients until the dough is pulling away from the sides of the bowl then mix an additional 4 minutes.

Place plastic over the bowl and let this rise about 30 minutes.

Scale the dough down to 12 equal portions. Roll it out with your hands into a rope about 6 inches long. Knot over itself.

Allow the rolls to rest another 30 minutes before baking.

Egg wash the rolls, bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
