Murray”s Water Bagels
A specialty bread that is chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. It has a lite sweetness taste that can be easily paired with cream cheese, butter, ham or whatever you choose!

Instructions

Dissolve yeast in 1 1/2 cups of warm water.

Add salt and sugar. Stir to dissolve.

Add flour and kneed for 10 minutes.

Let rise in bowl for 1 hour.

Form into bagels, place on cookie sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.

Place bagels in the boiling water for 1 minute, turning the bagel over halfway between time.

Remove the bagels from the boiling water and place on a cookie sheet.

Place bagels into a preheated oven of 375*F and bake for 30 minutes.
