Instructions

Preheat oven to 325*F and place parchment paper on a cookie sheet

Cream together the butter and sugar

Add the egg and mix until the egg is completely incorporated

Add the salad oil and mix well

Stir in the oats, cornflakes, chocolate chips raisins, and walnuts

Add the flour, salt, and soda and mix together completely

Next stir in the vanilla

Scoop the cookie dough with a cookie scoop and place it in the preheated oven

Cook for 12 min

Remove from oven and allow to cool for additional 5 minutes

Place in the refrigerator to chill for 5 minutes
