Oreo Truffles
These Oreo truffles are the perfect treat for any event. It only takes 3 to 4 ingredients depending on if you're going to use one kind of chocolate or two. They are so easy to make and I took it one step further and took the filling of the Oreos and put it in the middle of the truffle. I hope you enjoy making and eating them.

Instructions
-
Line an 18x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Place 36 Oreos in a food processor (entire cookie) and pulse to fine crumbs.
-
Put the crumbs and cream cheese into a mixing bowl and set it to a low to medium speed, mix until fully incorporated.
-
Scoop mixture out 1 tablespoon at a time and form into 1 inch balls, then take the cream filling from extra Oreos that you have leftover and make a little ball, put it in the middle of the truffle and reroll them into a ball, then place on the prepared cookie sheet.
-
Place truffles in the freezer for about 1 hr or you could go shorter than that. I like them frozen when I make them.
-
Melt the candy melts according to the directions on the package.
-
Remove truffles from the freezer and dip them in the melted chocolate then place them on the prepared cookie sheet again to sprinkle them with the crushed Oreos.
-
Place the truffles back in the freezer for about an hour or so, the timing is really up to you.
