Play with these, get creative :) Add chocolate chips, blueberries, bananas, change up the extract, instead of vanilla or almond, go for cinnamon, banana, orange, add a little cinnamon to the batter .. have fun with these!!!

Instructions
Sift dry ingredients together
Whisk in liquid ingredients as well as any additional fruit, chocolate chips, etc you've chosen to use
Pour a small amount into a greased frying pan at medium heat. It'll begin to bubble, fluff and take on a slightly dry appearance, about 2-3 minutes. Flip it over with a spatula and fry the other side for another minute or two until it's well browned also.
Serve with butter, syrup, additional fruit, chocolate chips, whip cream, etc.
