Peach Sherbet

This is the perfect end of summer treat. Light and fruity; and easy to make. All you need is a food processor or blender, and a freezer!  It's never been easier to have a healthier version of a frozen treat!

Ingredients
  • 15 oz canned peaches (425g)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (50g)
  • 1/2 cup water (118g)
  • 1/2 cup water from peaches (118g)
  • 1 egg white (40g)
Instructions
  1. Add peach slices, sugar, water, and juice from peaches to food processor.
  2. Blend until fully chopped and blended
  3. Add egg white and blend for 3 to 5 more minutes
  4. Place in bowl or pan and freeze for 3 hours.
  5. Let thaw for 5 to 10 minutes before serving and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

You can use fresh peaches, frozen peaches or canned peaches.
