Pumpkin Spice Blondies
This is another way to enjoy this fun fall flavor, but you can make it year-round LOL. You can choose whatever type of chocolate chips you like, I often use a mixture of white and sweet. In this photo, I chose milk and dark.

Ingredients

(vanilla, pumpkin or almond all work very well here)

(your preference)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9"x13" pan with butter or line with parchment.

Whisk together pumpkin, butter, sugars, egg, yolk, and extract.

In a separate bowl, stir together the flour and spice until thoroughly mixed through and combined.

Slowly add dry to wet, combining completely but don't overmix.

Fold in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Spread in pan, then sprinkle last 1/2 cup of chips over the top.

Bake 28-30 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool and slice into bars
