Sausage & Red Peppers
I enjoyed this recipe. I served it with linguine noodles and topped with Parmesan cheese. It is very delicious and can be served with pasta or mashed potatoes.

(thinly sliced)

(cloves. Thinly chopped)

sherry

Instructions

heat oil and sausage until brown. Remove from pan

Add onions to pan. Cook 5 min

Raised heat and add peppers, Cook 4 min

Add garlic, Cook 1 min

Return cooked sausage to pan.

Add wine cook few min

Add spices, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes
