Seafood casserole
I had a lot of fun with this one. I am from the south and never heard of shrimp in a can. I went and got fresh shrimp. I used imitation crab meat but you could use fresh if desired. I used the tuna to make a tuna dip. Which turned out great. Add a hand full of cheese to milk mixture.

(add hand full to milk mixture)

Instructions

Peal shrimp and season with season salt and 1 Italian season pack

Melt butter in sauce pan

Stir in flour for a min

Add milk and cheese in mixture until thickened

Add salt and red pepper sauce

Pour 1/3 of sauce to the bottom of casserole dish

Add shrimp and crab meat
-
Layer mushroom, cheese and milk mixture. Top with cheese

Bake @ 350 for 45 min

Tuna dip: Mix 1 8 oz. cream cheese, can of tuna, 1/4 cup mayo. Refrigerate for 30 min. Then serve
