Snicker Cupcakes
This recipe is a very sweet treat. It is easy to make. It took me about a good minute to complete because I made 48 of them for my husband's co-workers. They can be made for any occasion.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix together butter, and sugar until smooth with a mixture and a whisk attachment.

Add eggs and milk, and mix well.

Add the self raising flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and whisk until it's all incorporated.

Divide the mixture between cupcake cases, and bake them for 20 mins. Then put them on a wire rack to cool completely

Use a cupcake corer or a knife to make a hole in the middle of each cupcake.

Fill the holes with a couple of peanuts per cupcakes and some caramel sauce. You can do this using a spoon.
Buttercream

Mix together butter, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and powder sugar with a whisk on a med. or high speed. When it starts to come together add the milk and mix until smooth.

Pipe the buttercream onto each cupcake using a piping bag with a nozzle you can use what ever one you want to use for this or you can spread it on with a spoon.
Toppings

Pipping or using a spoon drizzle the caramel over the buttercream.

Take some peanuts and sprinkle them on top of the caramel and buttercream. You do not have to do this part it's up to you.

Top it off with snicker bite size that has been cut in half or that's been chopped up.
