Preheat oven to 425

In a medium skillet, brown meat of your choice to taste. Drain well and set aside.

Lightly grease and dust with flour a pizza pan
Batter

In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, eggs, and milk, mixing until smooth.

Pour batter into the pan, tilting pan to cover the bottom. Arrange the topping of meat and other toppings.
Baking

Bake on the low rack in oven at 425 for 25 to 30 minutes until the pizza is a golden brown.

Remove from the oven, drizzle with pizza sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for another 10 to 15 minutes.
