Instructions

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water

Add mashed strawberries

Bring to a boil and allow to cook for 15 min. Stirring vigorously.

Allow mixture to get thick and remove from the stove

Allow mixture to cool and add the strawberry glaze to the lemon cheesecake
