Stuffed Breast of Veal (chicken breast)
I couldn't find veal breast. So I substituted it for chicken breast. It turned out delicious. I sprinkled cheese on top for flavor.

onions
(finely chopped)

heavy cream

(sprinkle over top optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325
-
Carefully slice a pocket into each breast

Mix all ingredients

Stuff pockets
-
Tie securely and brush with butter. Bake 45 min to an hour, gently pricking the breasts 1/2 way through to help them self baste

Sprinkle cheese over top turn to broil until lightly brown
