Stuffed Zucchini
I think I have had zucchini just about any way possible I will have to say next to zucchini bread this is my next favorite, the flavors of this dish are off the chart umami or every flavor-packed in every bite.

Ingredients

sausage

hamburger

small yellow onion

tsp
oregano

1/2
cup
zucchini middle

tbsp
parsley
-
tsp
dill
-
tsp
majoram

2
cloves of garlic

4
dried slices of bread

oz
parmesan chese

cup
milk
Instructions
-
Chop onion and garlic into small pieces.

Cut the zucchini in half long way
-
Scoop the middle of the zucchini into a bowl and place zucchini halves on a baking sheet and set aside.

Saute onions

Add garlic
-
In the same pan cook off sausage and hamburger not fully done oven will finish.

Add seasonings
-
Mix well
-
Par boil zucchini about 5 mins

Remove them from water and return to baking sheet.

Cut up drying bread into small chunks or squares

Soak bread in milk.

Mix zucchini centers and bread with meat mix

Mix well
-
Take your zucchini boats and pile stuffing into them fill them good and full

Bake for 30 mins

Pull zucchini out of the oven and sprinkle with parm cheese

Back into the oven for about 5 mins or untill melted.
