Sweet and Spicy Caribbean Slaw

(julienned and cut to 1")

(sliced thin and cut in half)

(seeded, deveined and minced)

avocado (firm but not hard)

Dressing

lime juice
(fresh squeezed)

Instructions
Slaw

Combine all ingredients except avocado and mango and mix

Gently fold in avocado and mango to avoid mashing
Dressing

Combine lime juice and sugar until sugar dissolves

Whisk in the rest of the ingredients until well combined

Add dressing to slaw and gently fold until well coated
