Tuna Burger with Spicy Mayo
Here is a new twist to an old classic. My family loves tuna salad sandwiches and this gave a new and exciting change. It is perfect for lent or if you just want to avoid red meat and change things up just a bit, I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family did.

Ingredients

12oz can of tuna in water
(drained and flaked with fork)

1/2
cup
celery
(chopped to desired size)

1/3
cup
mayo
-
2
tbsp
chili sauce
(I used sesame teriyaki sauce instead so it wont be too spicy)

tbsp
onion
(minced)

2
cloves of garlic
(minced)

tsp
ground ginger

tsp
lemon juice

2
slices of bread
(small cubed)
Spicy Mayo Spread

1/3
cup
mayo
-
1/4
tsp
sriracha sauce
Toppings
-
4
hamburger buns
(toasted)

4
slices of swiss cheese
(you may use whatever cheese you like)

lettuce

slices of tomato

pickles
Instructions

In a medium bowl combine first 9 ingredients together till mixed well

Form into patties
-
Lightly grease a frying pan with butter and put over medium heat

Place patties in hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side

While patties are cooking combine together the remaining mayo and sriracha in a small bowl (if it is too spicy for your liking you may add more mayo)

In the last 3 minuets of cooking the patties add cheese

Build your burger to your liking and enjoy
