Cheesy New Potatoes

medium new potatoes

grated medium sharp cheese

slices of bacon
(cooked and crumbled)

melted butter or margarine
Instructions

Wash potatoes but don't peel. Slice into small slices. Boil in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes

Heat in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400.

Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

Place each layer of potatoes, cheese, and bacon in casserole dish. Pour on melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat til reach top.
