Mushroom Froth
- Soak mushrooms in water for one hour. Recipe Instructions
- In 5 quart pot with 2tbsps of oil add meat, onion, and garlic. Saute until meat is well browned.
- Add white wine and marsala to the pot. Along with 1/2 cup of mushroom froth.
- Add spices, simmer for 1 1/2 hours, and serve.
