Flavorful Israeli Pearl Couscous
Israeli (pearl) Couscous is round pasta that is larger than regular couscous. It absorbs the liquid that it is cooked in and is a great substitute for rice. I substituted the water with white wine and a smoked pork broth but any broth will work. It is pictured here served with Jackie's Spiced Tomato Pork Chops and Parmesan Baked Cauliflower.
