Ingredients

butter
(divided)

onion
(diced)

bell pepper
(diced (I used yellow and orange for color but you can use what you like))

tsp
garlic powder
(or to taste)

parsley

tsp
oregano
(or to taste)

water

tomato juice

1/2
cup
parmesan cheese
(greated)
Instructions
-
In a small bowl combine water, tomato juice, parsley, oregano, tyme, and garlic powder together

In a medium saucepan melt 1 tbsp of butter, add onion and bell peppers, saute till onion is translucent
-
Add next tbsp of butter and melt
-
Add rice and saute for 2 minutes
-
Slowly add water mixture till sizzling stops
-
Add rest of liquid and bring to full boil
-
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
-
Reduce heat to simmer

Cover and simmer for 18 minutes. Serve and enjoy
