Mexican Lasagna
This was something my Nana came up with. It's different but really tasty. My Nana put PaceĀ© Picante Sauce on almost everything. As a kid, I nicknamed her hot sauce Hazel :)

parmesan cheese
Instructions

Cook lasagna according to package, rinse with cold water so easy to handle, set aside.

In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese, set aside

In a large frying pan, fry hamburger along with onion and bell pepper over medium-high heat until hamburger is cooked through and veggies are softened.

Drain grease then stir in tomato sauce and picante sauce

In a 9"x13" baking dish lay a thin layer of hamburger, top with a layer of lasagna noodles then cheese mix. Continue this hamburger, lasagna, cheese layer until filled, being sure to end with a hamburger layer.

Top with cheddar and parmesan.

Bake at 350 for 45 min. Allow to rest about 10min before slicing.
