This was a concoction that Mom came up when she realized we were out of spaghetti sauce. It's a little Italian Mexican fusion

Ingredients

medium yellow onion

green bell pepper

hamburger

can Las Palmas red chile sauce

can stewed tomatoes

rigatoni

cheddar cheese
Instructions
-
Cook rigatoni according to package instructions
-
Fry onion and bell pepper in a little bit of oil until onion is limp
-
Add hamburger and spices and fry until hamburger is cooked through
-
Add Las Palmas sauce and stewed tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes

Mix everything together and place in 9x13 casserole.

Cover with cheddar cheese and bake until cheese melted
