I'm 35 years old, I have 4 kids from the ages 19 to 17. I'm happily married for going on 12 yrs. I'm a stay at home mom not by choice tho. I'm disabled so working is hard for me right now, but I'm hoping to get through this and be able to start my own business soon. I enjoy reading books, playing video games, drawing, baking sweets and listening to music while I bake. I really didn't get into baking until I met my mother in law. She showed me what you can do with cakes and it was a great learning experience for me.

Maple Gooey Butter Cake

Ok first off never heard of this cake so I was kind of hesitant when making it, but it came out really good and was really gooey. Oreo Truffles

These Oreo truffles are the perfect treat for any event. It only takes 3 to 4 ingredients depending on if you’re going to use one kind of chocolate or two. They are so easy to make and I took it one step further and took the filling of the Oreos and put it in the middle of the truffle. I hope you enjoy making and eating them.      

Caramel Apple Cupcakes

At first, this was supposed to be an apple cake, but I decided to do cupcakes instead, because when I bake I take my treats to my husband’s work, so it’s much easier to make cupcakes than a cake. They give me feedback on what was wrong or what is good about them. They are my best test subjects. The apple cupcakes were a hit.
