Not only is this bread deliciously satisfying, but it’s also versatile as well. There are so many fun ways you can bake this bread. You can bake it in mini loaf pans and add bows to resemble packages made from fruit leather or you can bake them in cans for candle shape. This would make a great addition to breakfast by baking it in a muffin pan or in mini cupcake pans for cookie tray additions.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour mini loaf pans (4) or 9 x 5-inch loaf pans (2).
- Drain oranges; break up with a fork. If using fresh oranges, then peel and remove the white membrane
- Mix oranges, cranberry sauce, orange peel, and bran (or oats) together. Set aside.
- Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg with milk and oil. Stir wet ingredients into dry until all are moistened. Do not overmix.
- Bake 30-40 minutes for mini loaf pans (4). Bake 50-60 minutes for 9 x 5-inch loaf pans (2). Homemade Buttermilk
- Add 1 tsp of lemon juice to 1/2 cup of whole or skim milk. Let stand 5 minutes before using.
