- Sift together all dry ingredients
- Whisk in liquid ingredients
- Let sit for 2 hours.
- Fry very thin in clarified butter. When poured the batter will begin to bubble as the bottom fries. When the top begins to look slightly dry, about 2-3 minutes, flip to fry. Total per crepe is only about 4 minutes, these cook quick and will also burn quick. Keep heat at medium or medium-low
