Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

This is a tasty side dish to just about any protein! Seen here paired with Jackie's Spiced Tomato Pork Chops and Israeli Pearl Couscous.

Ingredients
  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim Cauliflower, cut in half, remove hard core, separate into equal sized florets and place in mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
  3. Spread evenly over parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 25 minutes in oven preheated to 400 degrees.
