If you’re looking for something that’s a little healthier than the average dessert, this is a great recipe for that. These are packed full of peanut butter, cranberries, raisins, and almonds. This is a great recipe to whip up anytime for a quick snack or to make ahead. I wrapped up half the batch and froze it for later.

- Chop up fruits and nuts and place into the bowl of a stand mixer.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Beat on low until well combined.
- Sprinkle the bottom of an 8 inch pan with powdered sugar.
- Spread mixture into the pan and press evenly onto the bottom. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the mixture.
- Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares with a sharp knife.
